Local Club/National Award Forms
It's time to nominate our own members for the Sales Pro Individual Achievement Awards. These prestigious awards are given annually to members who have excelled in the categories listed below. It is the club President's responsibility along with the awards commitee to make sure nominations are submitted by the deadline of August 9th, 2010. Last year's Gold winners typically judge this year's nominees and determine which local club winners will receive the National awards. The National awards will be presented to the winners at the National Convention in Blackhawk, Colorado at the awards banquet September 25th, 2010.
Click on the form you want and when it opens "copy" or "save as" to your desktop or folder you want it to go to, then fill in the form, save it and email it back to the person listed on the "submission form". (This year it is Randy Anderson www.rjandersonfinancial.com ) Repeat the process for each nominee.
